Senior Digital Marketing Manager

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, execute, and track results of all digital marketing programs for US Cloud
  • Own and continuously optimize PPC, SEM, and SMM strategy to deliver Marketing Qualified leads into the sales funnel
  • Administrate the US Cloud website(s): continuously adding new content from subject-matter-experts, keeping existing content up-to-date, and making other proactive updates to engage and convert visitors
  • Conceive, implement, and administrate custom landing pages, optimizing for lead conversion
  • Lead social media efforts for the company, leveraging execs and in-house experts to increase relevance and engagement
  • Closely coordinate email marketing efforts targeted to multiple client segments for both prospecting and nurturing campaigns
  • Manage daily workflows, integration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Mailchimp, DiscoverOrg (industry gold-standard contact list) and other marketing automation solutions
  • Consistently report on digital marketing performance – including building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing leading indicators, and recommending adjustments as needed
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget and analyze ROI of digital marketing spend

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ in digital / inbound marketing
  • A track record of executing successful digital marketing strategies (digital advertising, third party promotions, website management, SEO, PPC, email programs)
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns as well as social media solutions such as LinkedIn Match
  • Proficiency in digital measurement and tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Mixpanel, Hootsuite, or others
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML, ideally with some fundamental WordPress chops
  • Ample experience with sales and marketing automation platforms and processes
  • Consistency in prioritization, multi-tasking, and managing numerous projects simultaneously without significant day-to-day oversight
  • A reputation as a motivated, ambitious self-starter
  • A high degree of ownership in all tasks and projects
  • Enthusiasm for a “team-first”, tight-knit culture that also values fun
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related marketing or technical field of study
  • US Citizenship (or a Green Card, working toward citizenship)
  • An appreciation for occasional sarcasm, hyperbole, and snark — or at least a healthy tolerance
