US Cloud will not disclose information collected from users to third parties. As a result of this practice the Privacy Shield provision regarding liability for the actions of agent processors does not apply. If this practice should change in the future we will update this privacy policy to identify those third parties, inform individuals about our liability in cases of onward transfer, and provide opt-out choice in the event we share personal data with non-agents.
Our sole intention with collecting your information is to provide you with pertinent, useful content that helps add value to your managed cloud services. However, we may disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from users to investors and potential partners. Finally, we may transfer information collected from users in connection with a sale of US Cloud’s business.
US Cloud may collect personally identifiable information such as name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, and billing address from users in a variety of ways, including through online forms for ordering products and services, and other instances where users are invited to volunteer such information.
US Cloud may also collect information about how users use our Website, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Website or the domains from which users originate. We may use “cookies” to track how users use our Website. A cookie is a piece of software that a Web server can store on the users’ PC and use to identify the User should they visit the Website again.
While not all of the information that we collect from users is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personally identifiable information that users provide us through our Website.
US Cloud may use personally identifiable information that is collected through our Website to contact users regarding products and services offered by US Cloud and otherwise to enhance users’ experience with US Cloud. US Cloud may also use information collected through our Website for research regarding the effectiveness of the Website and the marketing, advertising and sales efforts of US Cloud. Individuals may opt out of receiving marketing, advertising, and sales emails from US Cloud by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of those emails.
Information about users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.
US Cloud acknowledges that individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct their query to [email protected]. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable time frame.
Note that US Cloud may be required to release personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities including to meeting national security and law enforcement requirements.
