Base Price: $25,000 per year

Total Price: The greater of $25,000 OR 6% of Office 365 and client software annual costs and 8% of other software and online services (Azure/Dynamics) annual cost.

Base Price: $175,000 per year

Total Price: The greater of $175,000 OR 10% of Office 365 and client software annual costs and 12% of other software and online services (Azure/Dynamics) annual cost.

Included in Price: **30 minutes** critical response time, 4 hours standard response time, service delivery manager, proactive support, problem resolution support and third-tier support

## **Real World Microsoft Unified Support Pricing**

##### CUSTOMER PROFILE A typical enterprise customer with 80 hours of Proactive Support and 350 hours of Problem Resolution Support (PRS) had a cost of about *$105,000* under the old Premier Support model.

##### YEAR 1 DISCOUNT Roughly 200 hours of the 350 PRS hours were covered or discounted via Software Assurance (SA).

That same enterprise spends about $3M annually with Microsoft. Now, under the new Unified model, the organization must effectively pay for the 200 hours of PRS that was previously covered by Software Assurance (SA) – Software Assurance accrual of 24×7 support incidents will be phased out entirely in February 2021 under the new Unified Support Model.

In addition, organizations now pay a premium for unlimited support across all Microsoft products, some of which the organization may not deem critical.

##### ADJUSTED MSFT UNIFIED SUPPORT COST – YEAR 1 The adjusted price for the Unified Support Performance plan is *$190,000.*
