Dedicated Support Engineers (DSE’s) are also offered at a flat rate, regardless of what technology they’re supporting and with low minimums. This means you get easy access to expert advisory support for projects of all sizes. And unlike Microsoft, our DSE rate is all inclusive – we do not sneak in a mandatory 30% upcharge for “TAM involvement.”
