How Our Pricing Works
US Cloud’s pricing is based on pre-negotiated, set hourly rates across a small number of service elements. No hidden fees or complex formulas, providing true cost certainty before and after the contract is signed.
Like the old Microsoft Premier Support model, US Cloud clients pay for a set number of hours estimated following a detailed review of:
- Prior year’s Microsoft support logs
- Inventory of Microsoft technologies in use
- The client’s technical environments
- Unified contract / quote (client’s choice)
- Client analysis / specific request
Hours in a client’s “bank” are then consumed on-demand, only as needed for support. Buy just the hours you need and use them where and when you want.
