In 2017 US Cloud decided to revamp our 15-year Microsoft managed services business and solely focus on providing a complete – and economical — alternative to Microsoft Premier or Unified Support.

Our Story

US Cloud is Born

After almost two decades as a Microsoft managed services provider, the business rebranded and refocused in 2017 as US Cloud. The new company was designed and rebuilt from the ground up to concentrate solely on replacing Microsoft Unified and Premier Support for enterprise clients. And we have not waivered since.

Trailblazer of Independent Microsoft Support

US Cloud found early success in the first two years with companies struggling under new Unified price hikes and falling service quality. In 2019 US Cloud entered a hyper-growth phase and quickly became the global market leader in independent enterprise-grade Microsoft support. We are the #1 Unified Support alternative worldwide and are still the only “pure-play” Microsoft support specialist in the world, with 100% of our revenues coming from that ultra-focused service line.

US Cloud Today

US Cloud is still a privately held, certified Women-Owned Business and in 2020 we moved into our current 50k sq ft. headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Over the last eight years, the company has grown to include hundreds of USA, UK, and EU – based staff, and incorporated key Microsoft CSP partners into our global network. We are perennially recognized as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company, a “Top US Work Place” award winner, and as a Gartner-recognized Unified Support alternative in their annual 2024 Gartner Market Guide for Independent Third-Party Software Support.
