Our Mission: To fill the painful gap in Microsoft enterprise support with a reliable, complete, and affordable alternative to Microsoft Unified Support.

US Cloud is Born
After almost two decades as a Microsoft managed services provider, the business rebranded and refocused in 2017 as US Cloud. The new company was designed and rebuilt from the ground up to concentrate solely on replacing Microsoft Unified and Premier Support for enterprise clients. And we have not waivered since.

Trailblazer of Independent Microsoft Support
US Cloud found early success in the first two years with companies struggling under new Unified price hikes and falling service quality. In 2019 US Cloud entered a hyper-growth phase and quickly became the global market leader in independent enterprise-grade Microsoft support. US Cloud is still a privately held, certified Women-Owned Business and in 2020 we moved into our current 50k sq ft. headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri. Over the last eight years, the company has grown to include hundreds of USA, UK, and EU – based staff, and incorporated key Microsoft CSP partners into our global network. US Cloud technical support teams are made up of Level 2 through Level 4 Microsoft-certified senior engineers with an average of 14+ years of Microsoft support experience, many of whom are former Microsoft employees.
We have senior Microsoft engineers fully staffing all three shifts (NOT on-call) 24/7/365.
This includes architect-level DSE’s (Dedicated Support Engineers) and senior reactive / break-fix engineers that support ALL Microsoft technologies.
