US Cloud Designated Support Engineers are offered at a flat rate, regardless of what Microsoft technology they’re supporting and with signifcantly lower hour minimums than MS Unified. This means you get on-demand access to expert advisory support for enterprise projects of all sizes. And unlike Microsoft, our DSE rate is all inclusive – we don’t disguise a mandatory 30% upcharge for “Technical Account Manager (TAM) or involvement.”
